Mr Ian Alwill | Executive Director, Group Marketing and Comm Nestle Oceania
Ian Alwill has a background in marketing and advertising both in Australia and internationally. In his role as Executive Director Group Marketing & Communications at Nestlé, Ian is responsible for the ‘consumer interface’ of the company and its brands, in all its operating divisions for Australia and New Zealand. Ian is a member of the Nestlé Australia Board and has been a member of the Nestlé Australia senior management operational leadership group since 1998. From 2000 to 2009, Ian was Chairman of the Australian Association of National Advertisers (AANA) and remains a director of it, he is also Chairman of the Advertising Standards Bureau (ASB). In 2010, the Australian Marketing Institute awarded Ian with the Sir Charles McGrath Award for his contribution to the marketing profession and the interests of the business community
